This is really a colour scheme picker, not just a colour picker. A really useful colour tool.

Colour Pallette Picker
A powerful and incredibly useful tool if you are basing your web site on an image. Upload your image and the web tool will produce suggestions for a colour pallette that matches the image - simple yet brilliant.

Colour Schemes
These colour schemes can not be downloaded without the software being sold, however you can write down all the colour codes if you find a colour scheme you like.
