Hi, Paul,

I VERY much appreciate your offer.  If you had lousy weather in the U.K. I
was going to suggest that you light like to escape the U.K. weather and take
a break in the Guests' apartment f.o.c. in return for giving me a hand to
put my URL right!!!  To-day however, your temperature is double that which
we have and it is raining!

Meanwhile, I have attached RATES 2007 for inclusion where you will see that
one row has become very large and I do not know how to correct it.  The site
was made by a local guy who seems to have vanished!

If you can make the changes I would be most grateful.  I will place
suggestions at the end of this email as I am not sure what is required.  Let
me know if you wish me to draft some sentences that include the words

1.No Description Tag.  It should be 100-200 characters.
2.No KEYWORDS tag. It should be 100-500 characters long
3.    No HREF Title Tag.  It should be 3-5 words or 30-50 characters
4.    No ROBOTS tag.  It is missing or not properly formatted.
5.    No CONTENT-LANGUAGE tag.  the  2 letter EN should be used
6.    No AUTHOR tag.
7.    No COPYRIGHT tag.  Copyright is me H.Perkins or "Finca Inca".
Suggest?
8.    No REVISIT-AFTER tag. What do you suggest?

I also have invitations in include LINKS which I understand improve one's
ranking.

I will see what I can do to fix the things you mention. A lot of these are EASILY repaired because Etomite is such a powerful and stable system.

As for your offer of payment, I shall make what changes I can for free.

(I am in no way formally linked to the Etomite Project, but am instead an avid supporter of an otherwise open source and free project).

I shall try to find 2-3 hours to look at your site repairs this weekend. I will fix what I can and send you an email about what has been done and what I have been unable to do (I have no idea as yet what modifications your previous web master did to the system, nor what javascript elements there are, such as your site notebook etc)

Hi,

I have recreated the table from your excel sheet into HTML and inserted into the Rates page. I think it looks good but if you need any changes or corrections just let me know. I added different colors on odd rows to aid ease of reading. Beware altering this page with the WYSIWYG editor as it generates very messy code and probably was the cause of your page corruption in the first place. (Or did you try to cut and paste from Excel? That won't work very well I am sorry to say.)

I have added these tags for you.

Some of these I have made dynamic or Google will think you are spamming. Web Advice Question 5 and Free advice is available for your web site too, just ask. are set for each page within etomite. You can also define keywords for each page but it is long winded. If you don't know what these are don't worry. As you flick through your site you will also notice the tab in your browser reflects which page you are on. I notice that page descriptions are missing so these will just be blank.

Your keywords are the same for every page so on some pages will be a good match for the page content, on others they will not match at all. Really these should be different for every page, but in my humble opinion, are a complete waste of time and effort.
The Revisit-After tag I added since you asked, but it has never been used by any major search engines, and is totally redundant. Google, a long time ago, gave up reading meta tags, and so has yahoo and MSN. You really didn't need most of these but it does no real harm to have them. I added all the common ones or tags that once had some merit.

I think I got them all. If there are any you want to add just let me know and I will pop them onto the site for you.

I shall be looking at your links now so am still logged in to your site. Question Time has just started so I might be a little slow.
