Can you confirm that you really want to link to these spam sites?
The email you received was a spam mail. Your site by virtue of its name was probably scraped by a robot, email address collected and added to a spam list.
If you respond you will get lots of new emails asking for exchanges. This is perfectly legitimate but rather pointless. The page that will be linking to you has a PR of 0, so Google will give you 0 points for the link, hence not improving your ranking. These directory sites are simple to install and the software can be used for free. That is why this person has five of them.
I would advise that you don't do this. If you would like me to anyway, I shall of course, it would be a quick task. I shall wait for your instructions.

Again, if they had really enjoyed reading your website surely they would know your name!
If you respond to these your email address will be added to high value spam lists, and they can sell them again and again to other spammers. Most of these sites were not working when I visited them. The broken english is because most of these emails probably originate from Africa, Nigeria in particular, although India has moved up the spammer rankings quite rapidly. The US is the biggest source of spam but probably because they have the largest number of online users even today.
Can you confirm that you really want to add them to your site? I will gladly do for free for you.
