It can be a complicated affair setting the account up and getting the code to work, although Google has done everything it can to make it as easy as possible. Still, you will need access to your web space for a verification file and tha ability to edit the html of your website code.

If you have to ask a 3rd party for their help, they should be able to add the code for you in five minutes, so don't pay much for it, in fact, ask them to do it for free.
